Padel Rondas (“we”, “us”) is a free app for organizing social padel sessions, available on the web and as mobile apps. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions? Email us at support@padelrondas.com.
What we collect
- Account information. If you sign in, we store your account identifier and the email or display name from your chosen provider (Google or email/password). You can also use the app anonymously — in that case we store only an anonymous identifier.
- Session content you create. The players you add, the format, courts, scores, rounds and standings for the sessions you run.
- Usage & diagnostics. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics tells us which pages and features get used, so we can keep the app working and improve it. We also receive crash reports. This never includes your sessions, players or scores.
We do not collect payment information (the app is free), and we do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Cookies and your choice
The app itself needs no cookies to work — it stores your sessions in your account and a display preference on your device. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them, and we ask before setting any. We never use advertising cookies. You can change your mind at any time:
Player names entered by organizers
If you organize a session, you may enter other players’ names. You are responsible for those names and for having any consent needed to add them. Names are stored as part of your sessions so match history stays intact. If you are a player and want your name removed, ask the organizer who added you, or contact us.
How we use your information
- Provide the core service — generate pairings, record scores, show standings, and sync your sessions across your devices.
- Keep you signed in and your data associated with your account.
- Maintain reliability and security, diagnose crashes, and improve the app.
How your data is stored and shared
We run the app on Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Analytics and Crashlytics), and we offer Google Sign-In. Your data is stored on Google’s cloud infrastructure and shared with these providers only to operate the service — never sold. Google’s processing is governed by its own privacy terms.
Offline use
The app works offline and caches your data on your device so you can run a session without a connection; it syncs when you are back online.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your account and session data until you delete it. You can delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time from within the app (Account → Delete account), or by contacting us at support@padelrondas.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. You can exercise the main ones directly — edit your roster, delete sessions, or delete your account — or contact us.
Children
Padel Rondas is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will change the “last updated” date above and, for significant changes, provide a more prominent notice.
