Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Padel Rondas (the “app”), a free service for organizing social padel sessions on the web and mobile. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
The service
Padel Rondas lets you add players, choose a format (Winners Court, Americano or Mexicano), and it builds each round’s pairings, records scores, and shows standings. The app is provided free of charge, and its features may change over time.
Your account
You can use the app anonymously or create an account (Google or email/password). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.
Your content
You remain responsible for the content you enter, including player names and scores, and you confirm you have any consent needed to add other people’s names. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process this content solely to provide the service (for example, syncing it to your devices).
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the app: no unlawful use, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, and no using it to harass others or to store other people’s data without a proper basis.
Availability & “as is”
We work to keep the app reliable and offline-capable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost — keep your own record of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Padel Rondas and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of the app. Because the app is free, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it (zero), to the extent the law allows.
Changes
We may modify or discontinue features and may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms; we will update the “last updated” date above.
Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms or misuse the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of your place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
