Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Padel Rondas (the “app”), a service for organizing social padel sessions on the web and mobile. The app is free to use, and some features are offered through an optional paid subscription, Padel Rondas Pro. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
The service
Padel Rondas lets you add players, choose a format (Winners Court, Americano or Mexicano), and it builds each round’s pairings, records scores, and shows standings. Its features may change over time.
Your account
You can use the app anonymously or create an account (Apple, Google or email/password). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.
Padel Rondas Pro
Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, currently sold in the iOS app. Organizing sessions on one or two courts, entering scores, and the live standings stay free; Pro adds sessions on three or more courts, Club TV (the courts, live standings and a join QR on a big screen), and access to your whole session history beyond the most recent ones.
Price, billing and renewal
- Pro is offered as a weekly or a yearly subscription. The price for your country is shown in the app before you buy, and Apple confirms it again at purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and Apple charges the renewal within the 24 hours before that.
- Where a free trial is offered, eligibility is determined by Apple. If you buy a subscription during a trial, any unused part of the trial is forfeited.
- If we change the price, Apple notifies you and, where the rules require it, asks for your consent before the next renewal. If you do not agree, cancel before that renewal.
Managing and cancelling
Manage or cancel your subscription in your device settings (Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions), or in the app under Account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds and the seller
Purchases are made through the App Store: Apple is the seller of record, handles payment and issues refunds. We cannot charge, refund or cancel a subscription on your behalf. Request a refund from Apple (for example at reportaproblem.apple.com). Where consumer law gives you a right to withdraw from a purchase, you exercise it with Apple. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
When Pro ends
When a subscription ends, the app returns to its free features. Nothing you played is deleted: your sessions stay in your account, but access to the Pro features, including older history, stops until you subscribe again.
Your content
You remain responsible for the content you enter, including player names and scores, and you confirm you have any consent needed to add other people’s names. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process this content solely to provide the service (for example, syncing it to your devices).
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the app: no unlawful use, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, and no using it to harass others or to store other people’s data without a proper basis.
Availability & “as is”
We work to keep the app reliable and offline-capable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind beyond those the law requires. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost — keep your own record of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Padel Rondas and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes
We may modify or discontinue features and may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms; we will update the “last updated” date above.
Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms or misuse the service. If we end your access without cause while you have an active subscription, you can request a refund of the unused part from Apple.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of your place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
