Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Padel Rondas (the “app”), a service for organizing padel on the web and mobile: quick games anyone can run, and leagues and tournaments that clubs run for their players. The app is free to use; some features are offered through an optional paid subscription, Padel Rondas Pro, and clubs run competitions with the Club plan. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Terms of Use (EULA)
The iOS app, and any Padel Rondas Pro subscription bought in it, is licensed to you under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”). These terms apply alongside the EULA.
The service
For a quick game, Padel Rondas lets you add players, choose a format (Winners Court, Americano or Mexicano), and it builds each round’s pairings, records scores, and shows standings. For clubs, it runs leagues by pairs, one-day tournaments and individual leagues from the club desk: sign-ups, fixtures, results, tables, public league pages and club TV screens. Players join and follow those competitions in their browser. Its features may change over time.
Your account
You can use the app anonymously or create an account (Apple, Google or email/password). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.
Padel Rondas Pro
Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, currently sold in the iOS app. Organizing quick games on one or two courts, entering scores, and the live standings stay free; Pro adds quick games on three or more courts, Club TV (the courts, live standings and a join QR on a big screen), and access to your whole history beyond the most recent ones.
Price, billing and renewal
- Pro is offered as a weekly or a yearly subscription. The price for your country is shown in the app before you buy, and Apple confirms it again at purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and Apple charges the renewal within the 24 hours before that.
- Where a free trial is offered, eligibility is determined by Apple. If you buy a subscription during a trial, any unused part of the trial is forfeited.
- If we change the price, Apple notifies you and, where the rules require it, asks for your consent before the next renewal. If you do not agree, cancel before that renewal.
Managing and cancelling
Manage or cancel your subscription in your device settings (Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions), or in the app under Account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds and the seller
Purchases are made through the App Store: Apple is the seller of record, handles payment and issues refunds. We cannot charge, refund or cancel a subscription on your behalf. Request a refund from Apple (for example at reportaproblem.apple.com). Where consumer law gives you a right to withdraw from a purchase, you exercise it with Apple. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
When Pro ends
When a subscription ends, the app returns to its free features. Nothing you played is deleted: your quick games stay in your account, but access to the Pro features, including older history, stops until you subscribe again.
Clubs and the Club plan
Leagues, tournaments and the club desk come with the Club plan, which is separate from Pro. We are opening it club by club: a club asks for access and we turn it on. What the plan costs and how it is paid is agreed with the club before it is charged anything. Pro stays exactly as described above, and everything a player does stays free.
Desk access and staff
Whoever creates a club on Padel Rondas is its owner and can invite admins and staff. The club is responsible for who it lets onto its desk and for what they do there, and should remove people who no longer work for it.
The club runs its competitions
A club is the organizer of the leagues and tournaments it runs on Padel Rondas. It sets the rules, categories, formats, schedule, penalties, entry fees and prizes, approves entries, and books its courts. Padel Rondas provides the software; we are not the organizer and not a party to fees or prizes, which are settled between the club and its players outside the app. The app’s standings follow the rules the club chose.
Results and disputes
Players may enter their own results, and the app flags results that don’t match. The club decides disputes, can correct any result, and applies its own rules on walkovers, cancellations and no-shows. We do not referee matches or overrule a club’s decision.
Players’ data
A club asks its players only for what it needs to run its competitions, uses their contact details only to organize matches, and deals with its players’ requests about their league data (see the Privacy Policy). When a club enters players itself, it confirms it has a proper basis to do so.
Sponsors and what a club publishes
A club may upload sponsor names, logos and adverts, and publish its leagues, prizes and rules. It must have the right to use everything it uploads, and is responsible for it. That content is shown publicly, on league pages and on club TV screens. We may remove content that is unlawful or breaks these terms.
Playing in a league or tournament
Joining a club’s league or tournament is free. By signing up, you accept the rules the club set for it. Enter results honestly and only for matches you played; confirm or dispute the other side’s result promptly. The club has the final say on results, entries, penalties and prizes. Questions about a competition go to the club running it.
Public pages and club TV
A club decides whether each league is public, meaning anyone with its link can see it, or for its players only, and may show its leagues and tournaments on screens at the club. On those pages and screens, anyone can see players’ names, photos, fixtures, results and tables. Likewise, anyone holding the link to a quick game its organizer shares can see its players and scores.
Your content
You remain responsible for the content you enter, including player names, scores, results, photos and logos, and you confirm you have any consent needed to add other people’s names. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process this content solely to provide the service (for example, syncing it to your devices).
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the app: no unlawful use, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, and no using it to harass others or to store other people’s data without a proper basis, and no entering results you know are false.
Availability & “as is”
We work to keep the app reliable and offline-capable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind beyond those the law requires. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost — keep your own record of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Padel Rondas and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes
We may modify or discontinue features and may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms; we will update the “last updated” date above.
Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms or misuse the service. If we end your access without cause while you have an active subscription, you can request a refund of the unused part from Apple.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of your place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
