Something not working, or an idea for the app? Write to support@padelrondas.com — a real person reads it. Padel Rondas is built with the groups that use it, so bug reports and feature requests genuinely shape what gets built next.

Running your first session

  1. Add your players. Names only — they don’t need accounts or the app installed.
  2. Pick a format (Americano, Mexicano or Winners Court) and set how many courts you have.
  3. Start. Each round’s pairings are generated for you; enter the score on each court and move to the next round.
  4. When you finish, you get a podium and final standings you can share to the group chat.

Which format should I run?

Americano is the classic social format — everyone partners with everyone. Mexicano rebuilds the pairings each round from the current standings, so matches stay close. Winners Court runs the courts as a ladder and suits mixed-ability groups. Each one is explained in full, with the exact pairing and scoring rules, in the format guides.

Does it work without a signal?

Yes — that is the point. Padel clubs have concrete walls and no reception. Once a session has started, everything runs on your device: pairings, score entry, standings and round history all work fully offline. When you are back on a network, your sessions sync on their own. The one moment that needs a connection is the very first launch, which signs you in silently.

Signing in and using more than one device

You can use the app straight away without signing in. Adding an account (Google or email and password) links your sessions to you, so you can start a session on your phone and open the standings on the web, or keep your history when you change device. If you sign in after playing anonymously, your existing sessions come with you.

I entered the wrong score

Scores are only committed when you press Save, so a mistyped score can be corrected on the spot before you move on. Once you advance, earlier rounds become the record of the session and are shown read-only in the Rounds tab — this is deliberate, so a stray tap in a pocket can never rewrite a result that has already counted.

We have an odd number of players

That is handled for you. When there are more players than court slots, the app sits players out and rotates who rests — whoever has rested least is the next to play — so nobody spends the evening on the bench.

Deleting your account and your data

You can delete your account and everything stored with it from inside the app: open Account, then Delete account. It removes your sessions, players and standings from our cloud storage. If you would rather we did it for you, email support@padelrondas.com from the address on the account. What we collect and why is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Reporting a bug

Email support@padelrondas.com. It helps a lot if you can include:

  • Your device and OS version (for example, iPhone 15, iOS 26.1)
  • Whether you were on the app or the web, and the app version
  • The format you were running and how many players and courts
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
  • A screenshot, if the problem is visible on screen

Is it free?

Yes. No ads, and no limit on players, rounds or sessions.
